Presently working with leading company (PVC Profile Plant) Manufacturer of Special Rigid PVC Profile used in Water humidification. Company is having in house Die and Calibrator manufacturing facility .
Responsibility
Responsible for Extrusion, Mixing / Compounding.
New Product Development includes development trial, setting of process parameter, Flow modification through die modification or compound setting.
Development of Compound suitable to profile, Acrylic ( PMMA) Profile, HIPS Profile.
To Run the Plant at Optimum Output with Quality Assured Product.
To Run the Machines with Less Weight Deviation.
Responsible for Die-Changes (within reasonable time limit) and start-up of the machines with Least Process Waste.
