Job Profile:
To set the Extruder machine for production by setting parameters.
The Extruder machine as follows : KRAUSS MAFFEI – KM-90-B and KM-60-B (German) Pipe production range : 16 mm – 400 mm. Standard : PE 100, PE 80.
Set up molds and auxiliary Equipment on the machine for production (extruder, co-extruder, downstream….)
Supervision tool change over and machine start up during new product run
Investigation quality complaint and trouble shooting during production
Co-ordination with technical services department to arrange preventive maintenance of machines.
Keep records of PMS in order to keep machine down time / Break down time as minimum as possible with co-ordination with Maintenance department.
Arrange weekly meeting with subordinates to discuss problems and solutions of production line and production process.
Inspecting and controlling hygienic standards in and around the production, warehouse area.
Responsible for completion of production target, machine settings, tool set up and plant utilities.
Perform the material testing for poly-Ethylene incoming Raw Material, on line pipe produced, final product inspection and make feasibility for production / repair / improvement.
