Achievements :
Introduce of Polyester fabric to eliminate the PCI process and to avoid Wobbling in a tires.
Removal of under cushion or inner liner inside the casing for all motor cycles. Before we has to fallow, So we achieved by doing & improved productivity.
By regular monitoring of Trueness test of tires of OEM's, wobbling tires was Yield from 80 % to 92%.
By regular monitoring of tire building drum run out was improved from 3 mm to 1 mm.
Introduced of water base inner paint for two & three wheeler tires.
Tire scrap has been brought down (i.e. from 0.6% to 0.45%) ) and tire rework (i.e. from 0.6% to 0.4%) by regular monitoring and fine tuning of processes .
Reducing tubeless tire defects up to 0.3%
Conducting thermocouple study & Blow point study for optimization of cure cycle.
Prompt corrective actions taken in process related to customer complaints.
Bladder life improvement from 300 heats to 400 heats. Also, reduction in premature failure of bladders.
