General Development Works:
PVDF Pipe (poiyvinylidene fluoride) I am working on high profile project with regards to manufacturing of PVDF pipe in India, we are the first manufacturing of PVDF pipe with joint technical guidance of ARKEMA groups of company which are leading manufacturing of PVDF raw materials based on USA, France & Japan of brand name each KYNAR. We had tried different grades of raw material i.e. KYNAR-740, KYNAR-720, KYNAR-2850, KYNAR-2800, KYNAR-420 & also we produce PVDF pipe from 20mm to 160mmdia of different pressure rating, As per ISO: 10931:2005, Liner pipe from 1 inch. To 6 inch. Which is replacement of Teflon lining In this project I had design die, core, size; screw design thyrised fired heating control panel & processing idea to facilitate for extrusion of PVDF pipes. We make machine setting chart, blending chart, trouble shooting chart& testing standard as per UL971  of each pipe size & standardized raw material, method of processing, machine& tools, etc.
 
Solid Rod/welding Rod: Initially solid rod/welding rod of plastics material have very high blow holes &slow through out put which is not commercially regular product to withstand in market but modifying die design, vacuum tank, processing method to give 100% remove blow holes and double through out put of production. We tried different grade of raw material i.e. PE63, PE80, PE100 of Reliance, Haldia, Bassel, Borouge.

Fire Retardent &Statics Current Conductive Pipe: On customer requirement, we are producing VO fire retardant pipe for isolation of high voltage conductor in ACB and statics current pipe for high-speed conveyor in textile and electrolyte product. We tried master batch & pre compound raw material for different application and standardized system.

High Impact Polystyrene:- This Used As Core Pipe For packaging purpose because it give very high dimensional stability to facility for winding of thin film. Initial core pipe are very bend to difficult to wind thin film. We blend GPPS Polysterine & antistatic additives for dust free core.

Compress Molding: we make pipe fitting/pipe end for HDPE Pipe. Initially fitting having blow hole due to cooling of mould by water media. We change cooling media by force air to outer case & hot water inner case so get uniform cooling & get without blow hole.

Extrusion Sizer: For high speed production of 20mm drinking water tube, we design new sizer to increase speed of production  from 3KL to 10 KL /day without chilling water
