Job Description

Process - Weaving Production

Production Planning & Implementation for Extrusion Janki getting production as per monthly production targets.
To take care of per kg manpower utilization as per approved mandays provided by HR department.
To monitor daily production reports, Inventory & wastage reports.
To coordinate with various internal teams for better performance.
To solve employee grievances
To ensure safety of employees by educating them on safety parameters
To increase management's effectiveness by training, coaching, counseling and disciplining supervisors & operators.
To communicate strategies, Accountabilities and objectives to Supervisors.
To develop atmosphere for good working environment and offering information and opinions.
To maintain production systems as per ISO standards.
Ensuring quality of fabric meets Internal Standards.

Required Competencies
Minimum 3 years of experience in same manufacturing environment preferred
Understanding of ERP system and Microsoft Office products; strong computer skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.
Demonstrate personal time management skills.

Qualification
BE(Mechanical/Electrical) /DME/CIPET (Diploma in Plastic Technology
Preferred University
Mumbai, Gujarat, Nagpur, DAVV (Indore), Any NIT
