Looking after the complete business model of specialized warehousing i.e. Free Trade Warehouse Zone, which is a sub-category of Special Economic Zone.
Handling the complete operations from inception. Creating website content and outlook, promotion material (brochures), Companies presentation, preparing project report for warehousing industry in synergy with import & export trade trends.
Being a service provider company my 1 st role is to look after complete supply chain from First mile to Last mile. First mile initiates from the Port of Loading i.e. Country of Exports and the Last mile at doorsteps of Clients facility
Warehouse Management: For Clients looking after Inward of bulk shipments (Containerized), Monitoring De-stuffing of material, Storage &
Material Handling. Processing & Coordinating Outward request from clients end with Company’s In – House CHA Panel for clearance from customs.
Outward & Transportation: Coordinating the freight forwarding, insurance, material distribution & other compliance's until the shipment delivered to clients facility.
Reverse Logistics: I am personally taking care of clients to whom we give services of VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory). Maintaining daily MIS reports on Inventory levels, BOE’s & Invoice numbers. Cater quality checks for the client’s shipment as per their specification, find the defected or damaged inventory and report it back to supplier as well as the buyer. Product testing & Reports being prepared for defective goods, coordinate and share it back with supplier and ship back the goods to country of origin/exports.
Promotion: Manager – Business Development
Responsible for the procurement of Plastic & Petroleum based raw material from the oversea suppliers.
Review the market trend in terms of global changes with the prices of crude and metal.
Directly share RFQ to the supplier around globe, such as Sabic, Equate, Sasol, Basell, Dow, Innoplus, LG, Tasnee, Qatar, Reliance, IOCL & Etc.
Extract import data from the customs, and make proper MIS reports for analysis understanding in terms of price trends.
Review and keep updates on the metal market, always keep watch on
LME ups & downs. Negotiate with supplier on the aluminum conversion rate and base metal rate.
Supply the plastic raw material like, LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE & PVC to flexible packaging manufactures arcos various industries. Make list of clients who manufacture CPP films, Lamination films, Blown films, injection moulding.
Understand end sure application and offer them suitable product based on suitable MFI (melt flow index) and density values.
