Job Description

Lead the sales and marketing activities at the State level through dealer and direct OEM team, with the objective of meeting region & State sales target within the company guidelines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Must have experience in INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES for at least 1.5 years.
To ensure the Sales target through dealer and direct .
To meet Dealers regularly for business relation and development.
To maintain discipline on finance & accounts of dealers.
To Develops, manages and implements creative, effective and successful annual marketing plans for the stores along with the chain marketing strategy and annual market plan and budget
To carry out activities for enquiry generation, & enquiry conversion through dealer & team.
Prepare monthly business plan and ensure achieving the plan.
To maintain required manpower availability at dealerships.
To promote sales & brand with different activities across state through dealers and direct.
To meet customers for feedback on product quality & satisfaction.
To carry out competitor analysis of the State and to inform the company.
Seamless co-ordination with dealer for funds and manage stocks at OEM & dealer level.
Liaison with major retail finance companies.
To submit MIS, reports regularly to company.
