Achieving realistic and ambitious sales and profitability growth targets.
Implementing business strategies.
Developing and maintaining customer relationships (at all levels).
Supporting the business as part of a team.
Timely and accurate reporting.
Hunting for new business (technical commercial projects).
Searching for opportunities to add Company value added services.

Experience:
At least Two to five experience selling PVC, to the industry across North/ India
Experience of balancing travel and office work time.
Proven track record of exceeding sales/ profitability targets

Skills required:
Natural sales ability with a strong conversion drive.
Ambitious with a can do attitude.
Team player.
Relationship builder.
A good balance of hunting and farming skills.
Attention to detail and timely reporting.

Qualifications:
Strong industry experience will be considered.
