Job Description

We are pioneers in introducing zippers and zip lock bags to India. We are today one of the large supplier to Wholesale and B2B markets.
We are looking for a marketing head to lead our foray in to the Consumer segment.

Candidate should have developed new markets and strategies for his products in the past.
He should have led foray/growth in
Modern Trade (Clients Like Ikea, Reliance, D Mart, Walmart etc..),
Online Digital Sales (Amazon, Flipkart etc.)
Own Company Website
General Trade segment. Should have developed distributor and retail network

The assignment offers Challenge to develop market for zip lock bags
Candidate will have to strategize Brand building strategy
Participate in Packaging design
Suggest new SKUs
Develop Sales Strategy
Lead an All India team
Develop reporting and monitoring systems

Candidate should have excellent communication skills
Leadership quality
Should be an out of the box thinker to achieve Inorganic growth
Should have participated in making his Brand stand out
