Project Handled On Catia V5 (3d/2d):
Improvement in flip on and off of Ash Can Lid because the ash can lid design by JLR fail during functioning they asked Injectoplast to go for improvement the ash can lid is made up of iron firstly but we change it in aluminum which is much lighter coated with silver / stainless steel and also change in design of spring and its support in ash can body. Here I use solid modeling with very little surface modeling
Leather wrapped handle it is the idea of Volkswagen they only give a rough drawing of it I divided it in two parts which lap on each other inside the leather cover with support of two plastic vanes. Basically they want a handle in which if one side got damage then they have to replace that side only so this is been modified by me in injectoplast. Completely solid modeling
Boot half shaft mold has be design by me which is used on blow molding. It is in two parts a hot balloon come out of machine it use the similar process as of bottle. The material is EPDM. Completely surface modeling.

Pipe Asm molds design for Mercedes Benz slightly critical due to thin walls where it is build by the help of three slider it is very useful part which transfer the oil after filtering it due to criticality of part and the tolerance given by customer is highly risky my company was trying to build this mold outside India but all refused to build the mold after that our team in which i give all concepts and appreciatively it is my Vice President of company and Manager move on ad succeed to build the mold my responsibility is to make sliders in the mold which is of EN 21 steel.
