Job Description

Experience in design and development in the following fields
Machine Building Industries
Packaging machine
Plastic Extrusion or Injection / Blow Moulding Machine building
SPM

Get a thru. Product knowledge of our product range.
Lead Design Dept. at Asangaon works.
To implement better co-ordination & communication within design dept.
Allocation of work to design Engineers
Assists the Design engineers / D’Man in Plant designing
Handle Job Orders. Preparation / Checking of BOM. Make ensure that all the items required to complete the machine are included in BOM.
Drawing Revisions / Modification as & when necessary.
Reverse Engineering.
Development of new products/machines.
Proper management of drawings & records according to company policy.
Interaction with vendors. Follow up.
Complete the task / assignments within stipulated time.
Follow & implement ISO Procedure.
Follow the SOPs set by ISO as well as management.
To implement better co-ordination & communication with all concerned dept.
Recruitment of Design staff as and when required.

Knowledge Expectation :
Through knowledge in basic design calculation
Through knowledge of Drawings.
Ability to design and develop special purpose machines.
Knowledge of material properties & selection
Knowledge of Tolerances & GD& T
Sound Knowledge of Various machining operations and surface finish
Basic Knowledge of Electrical and Logic

Software proficiency :
Hands on experience on ACAD - 2D drawing drafting
3 D Modeling - Solid works / Solid edge / Creo
Good Knowledge of Word & excel.
