Job profile-
Supervise and control day to day functions of production and ensure smooth operations.
Co-ordinating with purchase and stores for R.M. & F.G stock statement
Managing the resources (man, machine & materials) for the production activities
Making of the production plan for the month
Monitor closely of the production processes and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and production efficiency
Supervising the production activities and ensuring that all activities are carried out as laid down in Standard Operating Procedures
Preparing various Batch, daily and monthly reports
Responsible for preparing specifications, test methods, SOPs
Implement a reaction plan in the event of any abnormal or non-conforming issues and specify a course of action to be taken
Coordinate and assign tasks to operators, material handlers and technicians
Provide training to production team, evaluate and maintain the training records
Ensure work practices and work safety protocols are compiled at all times
Provide suggestions on the machine parameter setting and operational instructions for further improvement
Checking of quality & Trouble Shooting of products

Coordinate tooling and equipment availability, repair, and maintenance.
Ensure cleanliness and maintain a safe work environment within Molding Department.
Respond to problems by performing corrective Technical or mechanical solutions.
Maintaining Positive employee relations and adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
