Responsible for the overall moulding department from PO to Dispatch.
Responsible for raw material and bop planning.
Responsible for daily,weekly and monthly production planning.
Responsible for manpower planning.
Responsible for overall activity of production as per dispatch plan.
Responsible for New products development, new mould development,selection of new mould supplier..
Responsible for New moulds making, new machines selection,raw material selection and capacity planning .
Review Quality concern from mold shop,take action onmoulds and process for smooth and quality products production.
To ensure minimum In-house Rejection.
To take the lead on daily sunrise and sunset meetings with the team.
Red bin analysis with action plan reporting.
Analysis of shortfall in production,loss hours and corrective & preventive action for
the same.
