1. Production Planning & Control -
• Plans day - to - day activities, shift duty scheduling, production schedules, implementing
and allocating work for achieving of monthly production targets of various Blow
Moulding (Krupp Kautex, BBM, DCM & Parker Machines/Continues and accumulator
Type) & Injection moulding machines.
• Preparing Reports entailing daily production state report, & weekly and monthly
production analysis reports.
• Coordinating with sales & marketing dept. and providing technical feedback on market
requirements to initiate new product development, customer feedback solutions.
• Acquiring quotations/approvals for production and maintenance related machine parts
and other equipment’s and Planning for the imported as well as local accessories like
Metal cap seals, handles, metal rings, O-rings, processing aids, Master batch etc. For
smooth operations of Production activities.
• Planning of Prime plastics raw material & forwarding it to centralize procurement
department after approval from General Manager.
• Develop technical documents such as job instruction manuals and process procedure
manuals & preparation of job description of all internal plant staff.
• Manage activities related to strategic purchasing to minimize operating expenses
• Control inventory and raw material handling.
2. Process Engineering
• Approval of product development, Mould design & Mould approval process.
• Planning Raw material for subsequent production with Process parameter adjustment
during mass production.
• Preparing moulds for repair and follow up all activities with external tool room facilities
with CAR- Corrective action request for repair of moulds like Mould testing prior to mass
production and approval.
• Preparation of Technical feedback report of various utilities requirements.
3. Quality Assurance
• Establishing quality standards & implementing stringent quality control systems to
enhance quality of products and responsible for product support for manufacturing and
field service operation.
• Reviewing current testing procedure & Making periodic study and conducting various
tests on products with respect to customer feedback.
Production Supervisor/Maintenance supervisor (NOVEMBER 1995 - April 2013)
• Production start – up, fault findings and remedies during production of HM-HDPE
Containers up to 220ltr. (Open & close), Also trouble shooting mechanical issues.
