Education qualification - BE / B Tech Mechanical/Production engineer /Electrical Engineer
Good institutes /colleges (maybe Govt ) with decent good percentages

Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
Handling the Factory Operations
Managing & developing people
Blown Film & Continuous Extrusion, Leadership Role in a Manufacturing Set Up
This is a strategic leadership position as a Factory head of a flexible packaging manufacturing facility.

The position is responsible for Planning, Production, Process
Improvements, Quality Management, Maintenance, Warehouse, Customer Service and Employee Relations for entire site. In addition, this position manages the relationships between the plants, sales, vendors and all activities related to Operations.
