Before pre visit, receive information from Global HR head aboutCTC (Salary + Transfer Allowance) host company will pay for the expatriate via localpayroll, housing budget, car, job designation, position on the organization structure and report local company.Elaborate contract to be send to Global HR.
Prepare an agenda for the expatriate and his/her spouse in India.
Coordinate with consultant Crown to support the expatriate and his/her spouse for city tour, the school, etc. Coordinate with consultant for housing.Make the hotel reservation for the expatriate and his/her spouse.Organize the car/driver at the airport to go to the hotel with the expatriate and his/her spouse.
Reception of expatriate and introduce to workmates and location orientation. Present the pre-visit agenda and follow up during the week.
Arrangement to make contract lease agreements, car and driver and all other IT assets & relevant stationery.
Coordination with consultant to make PAN card, to open bank account, FRRO & work visa renewal.
Coordinate the process with HR of Business Operation to check if the transfer will be extended or concluded.
Coordinate the process with HR Corporate in order to define the appropriate date to the expatriate repatriation.

Ensuring submission of returns and reports to the authority under various labour legislations.
