Job Profile:
Production Planning and Control (PPC):
Based on sincerity and hard work, promoted to PPC department (reporting to PPC Manager) with increased responsibilities -
Costing to be prepared of all items as per the work order and get it approved by the Director of the company.
Formulation verification to be done on daily basis.
Grading of all department and comparison is done with the standard.
Reconciliation of raw material from store to blender to final production.

Printing and Lamination Department:
Based on demonstrated work performance and dedication, transferred to Printing & Lamination department (reporting to the Production Manager) -
Thorough Analysis of defect-wise rejection of all Printed & Laminated products as well as other products which includes Direct PVC Sheeting and PVC Leather Cloth.
Planning daily production activity post review of pending orders.
Quality management (Design & Dimension) of all products by its feel.
Record management of stores and consumables for Paste, Fabric and Solvent (Toluene, MEK, Cyclohexanone) and maintaining the desired average on each product.

Achievements
Supervised a group of workers on Nissan Piece Cutting Machine (Used to cut the calendered rolls into a specific dimension required by the customer) that increased the production day by day.
Devised quality control mechanism to reduce the daily rejection and improve the product quality.

Testing of various Heat Stabilizers bought from different suppliers to check its stability with PVC.
