Tape Plant :- Checking of raw material recipe, denier, breaking strength, gram/denier, % elongation as per standard
Looms :- Check width on hourly basis, give information to workers to reduce loom faults, tape knots, width variation, roll shift, shade variation, warp, weft tape gaps, hair gap, double tape
Non Laminated Fabric :- Checking of NL fabrics gram/square meter, strength (warp, weft ) tear test as per standard
Lamination Plant :- Checking of recipe as per standard, checking of lamination bond, increase awareness among lamination workers, operator how to reduce lamination plant wastage like color variation, loose lamination patch, blow hole, single fabric
