Job Description

Should have at least 15-30years work experience in same field
Responsible for independently managing a plant for Extrusion blow moulding and Injection moulding
Would look after entire production, planning, maintenance and general administration of the factory
Provide leadership and training to supervisors and production team
New mould installation and servicing of existing moulds
Optimizing the usage of Man and Machines
Implement cost saving measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man days, production costs, raw material and energy saving.
