Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to take overall
responsibility for the performance, growth, and operational excellence of our
manufacturing unit.

Manage daily plant operations: production, maintenance, quality, procurement, dispatch, HR, and admin.
Set and enforce plant policies to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
Create and track production schedules for timely delivery and minimum downtime.
Oversee procurement and inventory to maintain optimal stock and prevent shortages.
Ensure product quality and compliance with regulations and certifications.
Supervise, mentor, and assess plant supervisors, engineers, technicians, and staff.
Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Keep accurate records of production, inventory, quality, compliance, and customer interactions.
Quickly resolve operational issues, incidents, or customer complaints.
Represent the plant during audits, customer visits, and management meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong technical knowledge of blown film extrusion, packaging manufacturing, and related processes.
Sound experience with ISO standards, audits, and quality management systems.
