Job Description

We require someone who has sound knowledge in plastics (Majorly PET), injection stretch blow moulding & Injection Moulding and their ancillaries. In depth knowledge of Materials, quality systems, cost reduction. Also Electrical is Important.

We have Machines of ASB International, Ferromatic, Print Link.

We need someone who strives for continuous improvement in production efficiency, quality consistency, minimising breakdowns with studying the reasons, training people under for better results, de-bottlenecking for enhancing plant capacity; identifying areas of obstruction and taking steps to rectify problems. Setting work procedures and implementing them.

Supervising the safe installation and commissioning of equipment; conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities;

Also interfacing with people at all levels, managing healthy work environment and inculcating bonded teamwork with high work ethics; assisting the team members to achieve the task within agreed parameters and enhance efficiency

Also has knowledge of commissioning new units from start.
