Job Description

We are looking for Plant Head.
Reports to : Managing Director.

He will be responsible to-
KPI monitoring & achieving as per given targets.
To monitor all department KPI’s monthly objectives linked to company vision & mission.
To comply statutory & regulatory requirements.
To ensure timely development of New Products from Tool Room.
To increase sales as per Annual Business Plan.
To enhance the plant efficiency & by adding profit / financial figures / P&L of the organization year on year.
To get profitability up to min 15% before tax.
To achieve companies objectives.
To implement proper systems & monitor the same.
Effective management of plant operations with 100% delivery & Zero customer complaints.
To maintain the sustainability for the following systems :
To maintain 5S, Lean manufacturing in shop floor & ISO9001, ISO 14001 ISO 45001, IATF, MSES, SBCB audits.
To lead in generating new Business in line with mission of company.
To control cost in all departments in line with Budget.
Ensure safety of men, materials and machine amongst employees.
To certify deviation Handling and Management of Quarantine Product (Authorization for Rework) NC management and abnormal situation handling.
Managing team, workloads and deadlines strategically decided.
Prepare & ensure policies, procedures for both Internal & external customer.
To organize daily operations of plants and oversee employees, production and efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely. To increase business by meeting customers & developing parts on time with right Quality.

He should have worked in foam extrusion.
