Managing Plant activities of 3 manufacturing Units and responsible for profitability of the plant. Plant OEE improved from 52% to 86% in just 6 months. Introduced new process’s to reduce losses due to rejections.
Plant profitability increased from CASH loss to operational profit through implementing productive process techniques, cost reduction, break down reduction, material saving, and process optimization & rejection reduction.

Key Accountabilities:
Identify, analyze, and present top opportunities to achieve operational efficiencies and work with leadership to fully prioritize efforts against Company’s core strategic objectives.
Safety – Accountable for establishing a safe workplace compliant with applicable external regulations and company’s specific requirements. Adherence to and enforcement of these practices is the primary responsibility of this position.
Quality – Responsible for establishing and maintaining quality systems and standards that are in compliance with Company’s Standard Quality Systems procedures for all products produced and materials purchased for use in production.
Production Management – Ensure delivery performance to Company’s standards and Customer satisfaction. Create a flexible production facility that is equipped to handle normal business requirements in a highly cost effective manner and minimizes the impact of unusual circumstances. Focusing on effective utilization of resources assigned and reduction of lead time to produce is essential.
Financial performance – Responsible for establishment of and performance to annual financial goals. Deliver quantifiable changes/savings to the organization via implementation of operational efficiencies.
Resource Management – Create a working environment that inspires people to give their discretionary effort on a consistent basis that will allow them and the organization to excel. Establish goals and objectives with each employee that are aligned with company goals/objectives/strategies and measure their performance against these goals.
