Labour Welfare :
Monitoring and implemented Statutory and not statutory welfare, such as ESI, PF, Canteen, Transport, uniform, Shoe, Health Insurance etc. handled various contract Management and CSR activates.
Performance Management System:
To set KPI & KRA for all employees. To support the manager and follow up performance management activities in the factory, including poor performance improvement discussion, and training need identification, termination, etc. Support the implementation of R&R Program.
Retention & Employee Engagement.
Engagement Monitor employee turnover data and put measures in place to support the achievement of optimal levels of attrition across the factory. To increase Employee Engagement program and morale survey and improve the ways and addressing their issue then and there.
Employee Relations:
Often closely with employees for discussion to close their grievance if any. Conducted Employee relations survey questionnaires, Maintaining Work Life balance, improves communication and motivation. Reward & Recognition. Transparency, etc. Often provides advice, counsel and leadership of employees and unions/works council to improve better relations. Positive feedback helps them be happy. Often discussing with ICC committee members.
Learning & Development:
Learning & Development Partner with business leaders to understand and identify learning requirements for both individuals and critical populations at a plant. Based on that identifying the training needs. Making Training Calendar and deliver trainings and measuring the improvements.
