Inspection of M/C equipment's to avoid breakdown for maximum M/Cs utilization.
ISO & other standards documentation and inspection.
Data monitoring on daily basis to avoid variation in process.
Quality control & Testing of Raw material.

Development new process parameters based on experimentation & trial.
Monitoring mold loading & trouble shooting.
Reduction of rejection % by optimizing process setting.
Reduction of cycle time without degrading quality.
Prepare defect analysis report like counter measure report by using 7 QC tools, why-why
analysis, fish bone diagram etc.
Mold, machine & material trial & train associates about new process (if any change) and
prepare skill matrix.
Resolve customer related critical problems & implement in process & documentation.
Coordinating with internal as well as external persons if any change in process, design,
material etc
Maintenance –
Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machines &
equipment like shower, chillers, hydraulic cylinders, valves, material conveying system,
grinder, dryer etc. to increase machine up time equipment reliability.
Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and take steps to rectify the
equipment through application of trouble shooting tools.
Monitoring schedule maintenance like mold maintenance, cylinder O/H, cooling tower,
chillers etc.
Monitoring and maintaining the spare parts Inventory.
Critical analysis of unscheduled of unscheduled downtime to minimize the same through Breakdown report, check and repair report.
Support effort to increase production, reduce cost and improve quality through 5S, Kaizen, Implementing SOP (Standard operating procedure).
Prepare monthly breakdown report & its countermeasure and ordering spares from local
as well import.
Sales & Marketing-
Monitoring monthly sales targeting and making sales reports.
Contacting new customers and getting order from sales representative.
Monitoring sales on mobile app and accordingly instructing to sales representative to full
fill sales target.
