Job Description

1) Responsible for Building up of the plant from the scratch with Minimum working experience of 10 years in handling the Overall Plant Operations / Production of MASTER BATCHES, effective management of Manpower and meeting the statutory Compliance. He Sould Also assure quality, Production Planning, Update of machines & equipment’s, Maintaining records and overall organizational administration.

2) For all practical purposes he will be working as Plant Manager for a new upcoming project for manufacturing Masterbatch.

3) He should have prior experience in color matching industries and must have ability to match the color as per the Requirement.

We are a fast Growing Limited Liability Company with new upcoming project for manufacture of Plastic Masterbatches which will be started with Black, white and coloured Masterbatch. We are looking for key people for our expansion plan who is having experience in the Masterbatch field.
