Job Description

Responsible to oversee the production process and planning of plastic injection moulding and implementing & controlling production schedule.
Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime & outages.
Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality & reliability.
Evaluate current production activities & make recommendations for improvement.
Plan & coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
Develop process improvement to effectively utilize equipment & materials to maximize production.
Develop operational strategies to achieve production & financial objectives.
Identify unsafe operations & practices and report the same to Production /Safety head immediately.
Establish safety procedures & environmental regulations for employees.
Plan, coordinate and control all the day to day manufacturing activities & processes to meet the delivery targets.
Maintain production procedures to ensure high standard of operations, product quality, reliability and safety.
Lead efficiency/ productivity improvement, waste & cost reduction efforts within the manufacturing processes.
Applying the latest manufacturing techniques for achieving cost effective production.
Participate actively in short term & long term planning and evaluate & adjust available production capacity accordingly to maximize returns from resources.
Monitor, analyze, control and share daily production, on time delivery performance, productivity, rejection / customer return and machine down time reports with Plant Management Team.
Raw material planning and man power planning and utilization.
Organizing training programs for Housekeeping & Hygiene.
