Job Description

Responsibilities:
Controlling & reporting, the operations of PETsingle stage plant in terms of operation/ maintenance and quality assurance.
Must aware of complete technical aspects in terms of stretch blow molding process with in depth analysis capabilities for trouble shooting including utilities. quality standards and absolute clarity required for man power handling for optimization of cost.
Improve Efficiency & Utilization of Plant & Equipment.
Implement OEE (Operational Equipment Efficiency) system to minimize wastages & improve productivity. Capable to maintain documentation formats and presentation on improvements.
Strong administrative quality to handle different skill level of man power.
Monthly/Annual maintenance budget preparation for plant m/c’s and equipment.
Commissioning of new Projects-machines/shrink wrap etc...
Conduct System & Engineering Audit for correction and improvements.
Reduce Utility costs in terms of power utilization.
Monthly/yearly CAPEX Budgeting & Cost Control by minimizing wastages and rejections.
Production Planning as per Sales Forecast. -complete raw material planning including master batch/shippers etc..with co ordination of store.
Improve Process yields.
Technical support for new product development & manufacturing.-tool design basic knowledge is expected with cost acumen and nominal negotiating skill with engg. spares vendors.
Ensure quality of product as per norms and enthustic for continues striving for betterment.
Focus on maintaining legal documentation like factory licence,pollution license all relevant govt. dept relationship for smooth plant operation.
Implementation GMP and capable to design SOP for plant smooth operations.
Spares & Production Management.
Coordinating with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Exports & QA for smooth operations of plants

Worked on ASB Machine 7 - 10 Years
Education: Diploma or Degree
