Job Description

CHECKING PRODUCTION QUALITY:
a) Checking rawmaterial
b) Checking OUTPUT
c) Checking finished product
d) Checking granule shape/size of all types of fibre
e) He should take overall responsibility of production and material handling

CONTROLLING WASTAGE:
a) Controlling wastage
b) Maintain record of category of wastage for all type of fibre

MACHINE:
a ) he should be well versed with running the tape plant.
b) he should know how to handle machine breakdowns and complete maintenance.

CHECKING DISPATCH:
a) check bag weight/liner/size/batch no. before dispatch
b) checking moisture level
c) counterchecking of final output
d) he should be able to negotiate with transporter for dispatch of material.
e) he should be well versed with the entire process of dispatch including all documents etc.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISION
a) checking availability of raw material
b) issuing order to head office for raw material
c) raising indent good receive note to head office for purchase bill accounting on weekly/monthly basis
d) maintaining effective production schedule or planning as per customer requirement.
e) maintain attendance/tracking
f) he should know how to get ISO and BIS document done.

HANDLING TEAM:
a) production engineers for production status(day/night shift)
b) with store department for rawmaterial
c) dispatch department to check quality at time of dispatch of goods.
d) worker management as per production plan

REPORTING:
a) daily production status and dispatch status
b) wastage report with specific reason if any
c) down time report with reason
d) Daily stock report
e) All Weekly expenses need to be submitted to Headoffice

I am looking for a person who has minimum 7-8 years of experience in fibre industry and should have knowledge of tape plant.
