Job Description

The Role Will Be To Ensure The Safe And Efficient Operation Of The Company's Plastic Recycling Plant. The Existing Plant Include Plastic Scrap ( HDPE \ LDPE \ LLDPE \ PP) Segregation & Material Preparation Lines; Plastic Balers, Crushers, Shredders Washing & Plastic Extruding Machineries (Both Extruders For Granules & Film Extrusion And Bag Manufacturing) We Are Also Expanding Our Plastic Product Manufacturing Capability Which Will Include Blown film And Injection Molding Machinery - So Experience In This Domain Is A Plus.

Main Responsibilities (Core Areas Of Work)and Qaualities
Must Understand Various Plastics Material Properties And Has Thorough Polymer Experience And Knowledge Of All Used In Industry.
Recommend Modifications To Existing Production Standard Operating Procedures To Achieve Optimum Material Quality Within Limits Of Equipment Capability.
Lead Planning Work Assignments In Accordance With Worker Performance, Machine Capacity, Production Schedules, And Anticipated Delays.
To Set And Maintain Optimum Process Parameters And Fine Tune The Process To Ensure Productivity
Ensure That All H&s Measures Are Implemented And Adhered To And Produce Risk Assessments, Method Statements And Lifting Plans Where Appropriate.
Maintain The Required Parts & Tools Inventory And Source Components And Manage The Workshop Stock Level.
Furnishes Engineering, Designs, Specifications, Bills Of Material, And Cost Estimates For Construction And Major Rehabilitation  Of Property, And For Projects Involving Installation And Relocation  Of Equipment .
Develop A Master Plan For Future Improvements/expansion Of The Plant Including Venturing Into New Products N Plastic Extrusion, Blow And Injection Molding.

Management Skill
Manage The Production Planning Function To Achieve Targets With Respect To Customer Requirements And Maximize Utilization Of Machinery & Workforce
Develope Monthly & Weekly Production Schedules. Monitor Actual Production Performance And Follow Up With The Production Team For Required Corrective Actions In Case Variance From Plan
Manage And Utilize Production Team Effectively And Efficiently
Provide Strong Leadership, Motivation And Guidance To Staff
Closely Monitor And Deliver Production  Kpi,s In Relation To Workforce Development And Budget
Confer With Management And Operations Staff To Determine Quality And Reliability Standards.
Compile Maintenance Logs, Performance & Efficiency Reports And Present To Operation Director
Achieving  Organizational Goals Through Good Administration & Control With Positive Approch & Team Building, Productivity Achievement As Per Set Target On Monthly Basis
