Design:-
Ø Working with design department for designing of Jigs, Fixtures & SPMs with the
help of Catia V5.
(Expertise in 3D Modeling, Drafting, Assembly with top down design.)
Ø Design confirmation & co-ordination with customer and vendor for
implementing changes with design and manufacturing phase
Assembly / Manufacturing:-
Ø Planning manufacturing activities for assigned project according to present
work load for in-house production & outsourcing at vendor.
Ø Prepare schedule of SPM manufacturer to meet delivery dates.
Ø Presenting weekly report of SPM manufacturer.
Ø Monitoring Assembly of SPM.
Ø Inspection & testing of Assembly for Design confirmation.
Ø Knowledge of Pneumatics & Hydraulic Circuits.
Ø Conducting welding trials and managing dispatch of SPM.

1) ENGINEERING PROJECT:-
Title:-Computer Aided Design of an Aerodynamic shapes of an
Automobile
As the Aerodynamic shapes of an Automobile is now a days is very important
along with performance and aesthetic appearance. Length of bonnet,
compartment and ground clearance are the few parameters that are very
important in case of design of Aerodynamic shapes of an Automobile directly or
indirectly and making them included into programme made in Auto Lips. Just by
entering these above parameters programme will develop the model of car that
can be seen and operated by using various AutoCAD commands.

2) DIPLOMA PROJECT:-
Title:-Experimental set up for Forced convection.
In case of Boilers, Heat Exchangers etc. the Co-efficient of heat transfer of
materials and the shape of tube are very important properties that affect the
design and efficiency.
In this experimental setup we can find the Co-efficient of heat transfer of
different materials and different shapes by using sensing element
(Thermocouple) and display unit (Heat conductivity unit).
