Coordinate all the production activities according to the requirement project such as
BPVC, solvent tanks, evaporators, condensers fabrication etc.
Closely monitor the ongoing projects at shop floor. Also receipt of all the material required for the ongoing projects, store it properly & issue it to the associates as per the project requirements.
Fabrication of RO skids, distillation columns etc.
Inspection of the sheet cutting marking, L-seam setup inspection, C-seam setup inspection. Co-ordinate the third party inspection.
Maintain the production data, manpower data, Material inward data, ongoing project status file etc.
Vendor follow-ups, vendor visits, issue the drawings of the layout (lug-support, saddle plate etc.) to vendor etc.
Allocation of the manpower, update manpower data etc.
Take detailed raw material list from the design department, keep the data of inward material according to the list, store all, issue to associates as per project requirement.
