Job Description

Role Objective
Responsible for running engineering compounds- PA6/PA66, PBT
To follow the approved Work Instructions
To Control of on line output and minimize wastage
To maintain the record of all production as per defined system
Carry out visual inspections of in process material for color matching
Involvement in reduction, control and maintaining the in-process parameters, reduction quality rejections, etc
Involvement to ensure that Quality System & HSE is followed in QA
Handle team and workers effectively

Desired Skills & Experience
At least 3 years of experience running Engineering Compounds
Know-how on Twin Screw Extruder
Understanding of basic breakdown and mechanical fault
