Shouldered the responsibility of managing mold change/ conversion of different cavity mold.

Implemented several measures to identify deformities, malfunctions or other abnormalities such as preform wall thickness, perpendicularity, gate point length, neck diameter, degredation mark, water mark, bubble, short at neck, so on in parts / components / products
Reduced the rejection rate by 0.4% and incidence of defects by 0.3% through measures such as specifications of product & visual inspection and polariscope inspection of pet preform.
