Job Profile :
Shouldered the responsibility of managing mold change/ conversion of different cavity mold.
Identify the particular electrical issue coming on machine and auxiliary by the using of schematic diagram.
Weekly maintenance schedule and follow daily check list.
Preventive maintenance of mold, machine, chiller, loader, dryer, dehumidifier, compressor, industrial r.o. Plant.
Generating daily material requisition slip and inward of finished goods.
Ascertaining machine utilization up to 95% and downtime of machines to a minimum.

Played a key role in improving raw material quality by taking initiatives such as weighing bag, visual inspection of raw material and bag packing specifications of raw material, so on
Implemented several measures to identify deformities, malfunctions or other abnormalities such as preform wall thickness, perpendicularity, gate point length, neck diameter, degredation mark, water mark, bubble, short at neck, so on in parts / components / products
Reduced the rejection rate by 0.4% and incidence of defects by 0.3% through measures such as specifications of product & visual inspection and polariscope inspection of pet preform.

Husky machines: HyPET400 & 300 HPP 4.0 model with 96& 128 cavity Ultra Hot Runner preform Systems.
SIPA 500 machine with 96 Cavity preforms.
ASB DPW machine.
SIDEL STB machine.
Auxiliaries i.e. Resin dryers and Dehumidifiers from Plastic Systems and Piovan.
TR Husky Green box chiller, Cooling towers, 10Bar Chicago pneumatic LP air compressor and Colormatrix, REPI, Movacolor Dosing units.
