Job Description

Min of 3 yrs experience in ‘Injection Moulding & PVC Extrusion’ processing.
Able to handle machinery installation / erections.
Able to effective manage man power distribution.
Able to implement training programs, operation procedures, able to effectively achieve high efficiency.
? Coordinate with certifying institutions such as ISO to maintain documentation and carry our as per requirements or even apply for new certifications.
Must have complete knowledge of mold process, mould loading / unloading, machinery operations, plant machinery.
Must be able to create maintenance plan, work plan, job order as required.
Must be able to generate production reports, improvements reports and process improvement strategies.
Candidate must have knowledge of complete plant and not just single process. (Plant includes Injection Moulding machines, chiller systems, air compressors, grinders, mixers..etc)
Candidate must have Microsoft office knowledge
Candidate must be hard working/self starter and responsible
