· Handled mould-making process for various automotive components and
compressors.
· Made moulds as per the design schedule.
· Shoot out troubles occurred during the mold trial process.
Ø Arranging jobs for C.N.C Milling & Wire cut machines.
Ø Check the Electrodes & E.D.M the core & cavity as per the drawing.
Ø Fitting the mould.
Ø Polishing & assembly the mould.
Ø Mould repair works.
Ø Working in all conventional machines.
