Overall in charge of plastic injection molding department. Handling daily molding production planning &improvement activity.
Study & improvement activities carried for new mould trial monitoring & improvement of OEE of molding shop floor trial &encourage all workman for proper safety &Kaizen improvement.
Maintain all ISO 9001:2000,ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 in plastic engineering department .
Handling of new molding trial for its further approval.
Injection mounding processes setting .
Variety reduction in mounding raw materials &reduction of cycle time in mounded components.
Prepare all specifications of all plastic processes and execute all gages to maintain optimal quality and assist to design all control plans.
