Working with a team of 4 engineers & 41 operators.
Overall in-charge of POLYMERIZATION & RECOVERY PLANT for Polyamide chips
production in two lines. Its technology & know-how was encashed from Lurgi, Germany.
Monitoring of process parameters with the help of MODE-30 / MODE-300 and PLC.
Quality of finished goods, trouble shooting and manpower & plant capacity
utilisation.
In addition to this, Compounding Unit is also erected & commissioned under my
control with a project team.
Trial of new additives in compounding unit is conducted time to time to replace
imported materials with indigenous to get finished goods at competitive price in
present globalization.

To this plant, modification was carried out to double the yield of lactam Recovery Plant. This was Value added achievement for origination.
