Job profile :
Manufacturing of ABS polymer resin in multi grades & multi colors with the help of single screw & twin screw extruders.
Production and on line trouble shooting for different grades of ABS resin like injection molding grades, sheeting grades, heat resistant grades, fire resistant grades and ABS-PC alloy.
Mixing/compounding of emulsion SAN & bulk SAN with high rubber graft resin along with different color pigment & additives.
Handling manpower & distributing work among them for the optimum & maximum utilization.

Co-ordinate with other department like QA during shifts.
