DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
√ Overall responsibilities of Production, Planning Scheduling, Quality finishing, dispatches.
√ Implementation in sequence of work, material saving, reduction and simplicity in work by coordinating with design, quality control, testing and Technical dept.
√ Handling a group of Workers, work distribution and achieve production target as per planned program. Day to day shop floor problem solving and monitoring outputs.
√ Generate daily production reports and progress chart for the Various Sub Assemblies and Components.
√ Analysis of customer complaint and take remedial action for improving quality in co-ordination with QC.
√ Implement the systems for improve productivity and cost effective solution.
√ Control the Process and Machine capability through Statistical Process.

B) Worked with LINC PEN AND PLASTIC LTD, GOA. From March 2004 to Aug 2005 as a Production Supervisor.
Company Profiles:
This company is leading manufacturing of Writing Instrument. It is certified with ISO 9001: 2000 use with 6 Injection moulding machine and 4 Extruder. There also use engineering thermoplastic. Export area of Gulf countries, Africa, America, Canada and Western Contries.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
€ Responsible for effective implementation of entire IMD operation in the shift including manpower deployment work assignment and implementation of various techniques for quality improvement.
€ Conduction trials of new moulds, materials establishing cycle time and quality.
€ Responsible for 1st level maintenance of machine and moulds.
€ Handling moulds with hot runner, cold runner and Air injection processing.
€ Looking after raw materials blending, preheating, consumption of reground and reprocess materials.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES DURING MAINTENANCE DEPT.
►Responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of Various Utilities like Air Compressors, Cooling Tower, Heat Exchanger, Pumps etc.
►Can carry out Preventive, Breakdown/Scheduled, and Unscheduled maintenance of all utilities.
►Responsible for day to day maintenance planning, Manpower, House keeping and safety in department.
