Job Profile:
Execution of target production & work scheduling.
Undertaking Time Motion study for production packaging in order to achieve better utilization of man & machines
Helping for process parameter setting cycle time deciding, new tool trial conduct making trial report .
Visit vendor and audit of injection moulding machine as per mould specification and guide to vendor to maintain mould and machine.
Responsible for ensuring planning and Negotiating of the yearly cost reduction as per the Customer/ Client requirements. Ensuring that the plant targets are simultaneously achieved, and new vendor development.
