Job Description

Process - Extrusion (Tape Plant)
Controlling the Production Process in Raffia Extrusion Plant (Tape Plant) for polymer processing
Ensuring that Production is as per schedule and targets given by the management, with the required manpower to do so.
Maintaining/Controlling the Bobbin Stock.
Ensuring that production is cost effective by ways such as, but not limited to:
Training manpower
Utilizing machinery, manpower and materials efficiently
Coordinating with weaving & PPC team.
Reviewing workers performance and identifying training needs.
Ensuring safety and cleanliness of the department.

Required Competencies
Minimum 10 years of Experience in Polymer Processing Industry in Raffia Extrusion (Tape Plant)
Demonstrated abilities in achieving cost savings across assignments, minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with minimum manpower.
Candidate must be keen planner with expertise in planning & controlling the production operations as per the capacity available. 

Qualification
BE(Mechanical/Electrical) /DME/CIPET (Diploma in Plastic Technology)
Preferred University
Mumbai, Gujarat, Nagpur, DAVV (Indore), Any NIT
