Job Description

Draft a timescale for the job
Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes
Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
Review worker performance;
Continuous improvement in production efficiency, quality consistency, minimizing breakdowns
Inventory management of raw material to finished products
Planning and organizing staff shift rotas and tasks
Producing management reports on performance
Capable of achieving targets given by management.
Team Building and Manpower management
Reduce scrap or wastage
Try to minimize Manpower Cost
Reporting to Director
