Overall control of Plant. Get involved in monthly capacity planning for optimum capacity
Analyze and Control the non-productive time and practice for improvement.
Conduct trails of new mould and material. And close watch on mould change-over time, minimum brake down of machine, minimum wastage of raw material and minimum rejection of component and tries to improve it.
Mould design and design improvement for running projects and new projects on coordination with design team & tooling team.
Implementation of TPM on all machines as per the model machine by forming small groups, train and leads them for JH Pillar also train to shift engineers, technicians and sub-contractors about moulding process.
Monitor and control the inventories. And Prepare and record the consumables at the various vendors, monitor and control the data related to process operation.
Data collection of in-house rejection item wise, QC wise and defect wise, monitor and control the same. Reduce the rejection (In terms of PPM) Kaizen and Poke-Yoke for root cause.
Visited customer end, convention them in customer support department. After receiving the customer complaints to do brain storming and analyses the root cause of complaints by why-Why problem solving techniques and improved customer complaints.
