Job Description

Manage all production related issues (Tape Line, Looms, Linear Plant, Lamination Plant, BCS, Stitching & Finishing). Manage Labor, Keep a check on Wastages, Bring in new ideas for better cost effectiveness, Should have technical knowledge of machinery.
Reporting to : Directors

Required Qualifications and skills : Should be communicative, dynamic and be able to manage
unskilled and skilled labor along with supervisors and senior staff of the factory.

Preferably should have worked in the industry as a skilled labor working hard and made his way to the current position of Production Manager. Definitely worked in PP Woven Sacks manufacturing for exports and local markets.
