Job Description

We are looking for production head to manage 350 tons/ month of FIBC bag finishing. He will be independently responsible for the entire finishing line ensuring timely deliveries. He will report to the President of the company

1.Maintaining production schedule of FIBC bags. To solve customer complaints regarding quality of FIBC bag
2.Shop floor line production planning & implementation.
3.Organize Input in coordination with planning & logistic department as per monthly production targets.
4.Take care of per kg manpower utilization as per approved man-days provided by HR department.
5.Prepare daily production reports, cutting & wastage reports.
6.Manufacture bags as per customer specification with acceptable quality.
7.Ensure work is completed in given time frame
8.Co-ordinate with floor supervisors & quality supervisor
9.Create positive working environment. & encourage team work.
10.Co-ordinate planning & logistic dept. ensure quality awareness.
11.Ensure the reduction of wastages.
12.Train employees as per their development needs. And upgrade skills of workers.
13.Manage and motivate contractor and look after him.
14.Ensure safety and housekeeping plant area.
