Handling 5 Divisions: Finish good packaging with various SKUs, Tin manufacturing, Jar
Moulding, Pet bottle manufacturing, Tank farm & utility.
Working on AKEI machine for jar moulding operations, Techlog & Sidel machine for pet stretch blowing operations & Ferromatic milacron machine for injection moulding operations.
Handling 10+ packing lines, 10+ contractors, 150+ labours, 20+ operators of 2 unions.
Preparing daily Production Plan SKU wise & Line wise according to indent of the month.
Optimum utilization of manpower, daily training to labours & supervisors for achieving
production target, maintaining safety & hygiene.
Continuous focus on production lines and ensuring minimum breakdown.

Challenges:
Nominated as Best employee of the year in year of 2019.
Achieved maximum production as per the capacity of plant. Since Sept’18 highest production
recorded as 50,000MT, after implementing industrial tools achieve 72,000MT production in
Dec’18.
