Job profile -
Overseeing production related tasks including production planning (Injection molding) , control and processes to produce high quality products on daily basis.
Setting up production targets and achieving the same within time and keeping the record of production.
Ensuring complete inspection of incoming material, in-process & outgoing products as well as record and document quality control activities and Maintaining traceable records.
Checking, adjust and Monitor the process parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output and prepared standard parameter data sheet.
Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement.
Respond to problems by analyzed rejection data and finding Root Causes of rejection and discuss with top authorities for corrective action.
Supervising the assembly line processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner and keeping record of production of assembly line.
