Job Description

Looking for a Production Supervisor

Responsible for running machine / equipment efficiently.
Responsible for handling for all types extrusion blow molding machine (0. 5 lts – 100 lts. ).
Continuous monitoring of out put and wastage's.
Weigh waste material / lumps and record in daily production report.
Report any deviation in the m/c operation or product to superior immediately.
Extend technical expertise to support superior for smooth operations.
Ensure quality control of the product being produced.
Ensuring that all the molds & machines are in good working condition.
Responsible for co- relating and synchronizing the process parameter with quality and safety department.
Responsible for regular maintenance of machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment's.

Complying with day-to-day operations of Production and Maintenance Department.
Prepare Production reports.
Responsible for mold changeovers and setting.
To follow instruction for maintenance work as per guidance of the superiors.
To follow the preventive maintenance schedule and execute as per timeline.
Ensure safety for man, machine and material always.
To maintain Production and quality of the products as per company standards.
Report violations by subordinates.
Responsible for housekeeping of shop floor all the time.
Report daily work done (Maintenance/Production).
To assist for the preventive/breakdown maintenance work carried out during the shift.
To monitor material consumption for production.
Adjustment of manpower as per instruction of the superiors.

Location - Gujarat
Work Experience - 5 to 7 years of experience
