Job Description

Responsible for supporting the shift in achieving production goals and maintaining process stability in the blow molding department.
Supervise the production process to ensure targets are met.
Monitor and optimize machine settings to achieve desired quality and productivity.
Assist with mold and die changes during the shift.
Perform routine checks to ensure machine and product quality standards.
Coordinate with the Maintenance team for breakdowns or technical issues.
Maintain proper shift documentation, including logbooks and reports.
Promote and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
